What does the $50 per month maintenance fee cover?
The $50 per month maintenance fee covers security updates, server management, and any changes you would like to make to existing pages. Adding new pages is not included in the maintenance fee and will cost $100 per page.
What isn't included?
We are great at developing websites but we are not great writers, so you will need to provide us with the content you would like to put on the website.
Can I cancel the maintenance service at any time?
Yes, you can cancel the maintenance service at any time. There is no commitment, and you can cancel anytime without any risk to you.
When do I need to make the payment?
Payment is collected only after the website is launched and you are satisfied with it. There are no upfront payments or deposits required.
How long does it typically take to build and launch a website?
The timeline for building and launching a website depends on the complexity and number of pages. Generally, it takes 7-14 days to complete the first draft. After your review and any necessary edits, the website will be deployed once you are satisfied.

We are happy to accept a monthly installment if it's convenient to your business.

Do I need to provide all the content for the website, or can you help with that?
You will need to provide the content for the website. While we are great at developing websites, we are not content writers. However, we can guide you on what kind of content is needed for effective SEO.
Can I customize the design and features of my website?
Yes, you can customize the design and features of your website. During the initial call, we will discuss your business needs and any specific customization requirements you have.
Where do you get your design from?
We purchased our designs from third party. They are carefully selected to ensure the highest quality.
What does technical and on-page SEO include?
Technical SEO includes making the website load faster, ensuring mobile-friendliness, listing the website on Google Search Console for indexing, running HTTPS, adding robots.txt and sitemap.xml, fixing broken links, and using 301 redirects. On-page SEO includes adding appropriate keywords in title tags, meta tags, alt tags, and headings, as well as using internal linking.
Post-launch commitment
What kind of support do you offer after the website is launched?
Post-launch support includes technical support for any issues you may encounter, as well as changes you would like to make to existing pages. Adding new pages will cost $100 per page.
If I decide to take my website to another developer, how is the transfer of ownership handled?
If you decide to take your website to another developer, we will provide you or your developer with the source code via GitHub. You own the code and can take it to any developer of your choice.
